Golly. We'd say it's been a strange time, but that would be the understatement of the century. Anthony and I hope you are in good health and spirits. We're lucky enough to be with our families, as well as our LIVE EVERY DAY family, but appreciate others are a lot less fortunate. We feel for them.
Like most healthcare practices, we've experienced challenges. At the time of writing, we've scaled back our available hours, to both meet a declining demand, and offer some time for our team to juggle their own children, animals and husbands/wives/girlfriends/boyfriends/flatmates.
The numbers may be down, but our spirits are not. We're determined to continue to provide our highest level of care and expertise in new formats, and methods. We quickly instituted a telecommunication program to meet patients often where they're at; home. While it lacks the physical touch and challenges everyone's broadband connection—its working. Its not the ‘real' thing but it keeps us forever connected to those that have entrusted their care with us. For some cases we remain present at each of the office locations, following the necessary CDC guidelines.
THANK YOU for being and staying part of this wonderful community and extending a hand to LIVE EVERY DAY for all these years. As Winston said, ‘One always measures friendships by how they show up in bad weather'. We couldn't do it without you and we can't imagine not having ‘Manny' the signature VW bus buzzing down Hopmeadow Street, or having a patient comment on the nostalgic creek of Suffield's gorgeous schoolhouse front door. We're here. We're determined to weather this storm keeping each and everyone of our employees whole, valued, and here for forever. Let us help you in anyway we can. Big or small, a kind helping hand always goes a long way.
Well done for getting this far. Let's hope we're almost there. Make the most of the sunny weather (fingers crossed), and of course LIVE EVERY DAY.
Matt & Anthony Calendrillo
